I’m Laneay London, a passionate advocate for mental wellness, financial literacy, and emotional intelligence. As the founder of Laneay London Illuminating Minds LLC, I’ve dedicated over two decades to empowering individuals, organizations, and communities to thrive mentally, emotionally, and financially. Whether through training, speaking, or consulting, my mission is to create transformative, lasting change.

Three years into my postgraduate career, I faced a trifecta of traumatic events that redefined my path. Over the next nine years, I embarked on a journey of healing and self-discovery. Combining my clinical expertise with lived experience, I developed a unique framework for mental wellness that I now share with others.

Today, I call myself a "professional peer,someone who bridges the gap between clinical knowledge and personal growth, helping others achieve their own breakthroughs.
